This includes room function and use, department details, number of occupants, hours of use and workstation numbers, encapsulating this vital information within your CAD drawings or Estate Management system. This leads to increased efficiency, and optimises data accuracy for annual ERIC and CIAMS requirements.

Database Update & Audit

We provide a Regular Update & Audit service to ensure drawings remain accurate. We update AutoCAD drawings, and undertake audits to ensure all changes are being captured.

Services Information Collection

Services information presented as standard layers and viewports in a single AutoCAD file means information can be readily accessed, saving valuable time and resources.  It enables information to be easily kept up to date following refurbishment or upgrade. We can survey your services information – Fire, mechanical, electrical - from scratch, or use existing paper or CAD drawings to check their accuracy.  Information is added to your AutoCAD building outline drawings as a separate layer per service.
