MICAD Intranet Property Register (IPR) Population
Topscan are the only approved supplier of CAD, Data Collection and IPR population to MICAD and their IPR users. We deliver a range of bespoke services to the NHS Trusts, throughout the UK, who rely on the MICAD IPR for the creation delivery and management of their estates information. The IPR requires accurate CAD drawings, which Topscan not only creates on behalf of the trust but also then uploads and published together with the room data to the IPR, to generate the reports and information vital to estates management.
Topscan's experience of the IPR system means that you can have confidence that you data is uploaded and published correctly allowing you to generate accurate reports such as ERIC returns, Department Information, Space usage, etc or even for department moves in order to improve the use of space.
University Hospitals Coventry & Warwick NHS Trust engaged Topscan to complete a site survey of the Coventry Hospital populating its MICAD with the information collected even though the site is only 2 years old.
