Building Outline and Site SurveysYour survey can be based on whatever existing information is available be that CAD files, paper drawings or nothing at all. The costs for this service varying accordingly dependent on the level of survey required, from simple walkthrough to a full measured survey.
Regular Update AuditsFollowing delivery of your accurate CAD drawings it is vital that they are regularly updated as any changes to buildings or space usage occur. Topscan provide a Regular Update Audit that ensures your information will remain accurate. At agreed intervals we will visit site to collect information on building outline and space usage changes that will then be used to update your master drawings. Whilst on site we will conduct a walk through survey of an agreed percentage or area to ensure that we have been given all the updates.
