What is a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Services Survey?

Mechanical and electrical services surveys are an essential part of helping you understand your estate and the services within it. They give you insight into the current condition of your building and what’s going on behind the scenes.

During and M&E services survey, a surveyor will look at every system on your estate to measure both the effectiveness of your systems and their life expectancy.

Why choose Sircle?

Our team of in-house and experienced surveyors will evaluate your entire estate to review the state of the mechanical and electrical systems helping to run everything.

Looking at each system, and in this detail, allows us to measure both the efficiency of your systems and their expected life span. We’re also able to identify if there are any problems that might affect the building services and forecast any future issues if we can see something isn’t working as it should. We will provide a full report for future reference.

Identifying these issues at an early stage allows you to prepare for any necessary maintenance ahead of time and allocate the available budget.

The mechanical and electrical engineering surveys we offer our clients are carried out following guidance notes from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)- giving you extra peace of mind to our client.
